Breathwork + Connection + Soundbath

Create & enhance closeness in your relationships as you take a journey together of self-connection & partner-connection.

The session begins with a check in and intention setting.

We then embark in self-connection and grounding using breathing techniques from the Himalayas, to the guided rhythm of the frame drum.

Once grounded into our own bodies we transition into a beautiful couple's meditation, allowing you both to slow down and be truly present and connected to one another.

During the sound bath you will experience the soundwaves of a blend of therapeutic instruments being played on and around the body.

You will be bathed in a symphony of relaxing restorative sound allowing you both to relax deeply together.
