Deep Connection + Sound Meditation

Create & enhance deep connection with your partner as you take a journey together of self & partner-connection.

After a check in & baseline assessment we engage in an intention setting discussion.

Before connecting with your partner, we work with the breath to bring you into the present moment, to the guided rhythm of the frame drum.

Once grounded we transition into a beautiful couple's meditation, allowing you both to slow down and be truly present and connected to one another.

You are then invited to participate in an activity to support deeper connection and understanding of each other.

Now in this beautiful connected and blissful state you are invited to get comfortable on the mat for the Soundbath. You will be bathed in a symphony of relaxing restorative sound allowing you both to relax deeply together.
