About the event

In the fast pace of life, it’s easy to slip into shallow, autopilot breathing leaving us foggy, flat, and disconnected from ourselves.

This session is your reset.

Through dynamic breathwork, inspired by ancient yogic practices from the Himalayas, we’ll recharge your body, clear the mental fog, and bring your energy back online. It’s a full body jumpstart to help you feel refreshed, present, and reconnected with yourself and the moment.

This event is held and lovingly organised by The Hive Holistic Health Centre, a beautiful community space dedicated to wellness and growth. Over the course of the weekend, you’ll have the opportunity to experience sessions from a range of local legends sharing their unique gifts – from yoga and sound to human design and women’s health.

All sessions are donation-based, with 100% of funds raised on the day going directly to Wounded Heroes Australia, providing 24/7 crisis support to defence veterans and their families.
