About the event

In recognition of Mental Health Month, the SEED Community Garden is sponsoring a Free Sound Bath Meditation to support the mental well-being of our community. This outdoor session offers a chance to pause, reconnect with yourself, and experience sound in nature.

Why attend?

  • Relieve stress & anxiety: Sound therapy has been shown to reduce stress and promote relaxation, helping you release tension from both mind and body.

  • Boost your mood & mental clarity: The vibrations of sound help to clear mental fog, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

  • Promote emotional balance: This session creates a safe space to gently tune into your emotions, helping to restore calm and balance.

  • Nurture your mental health: Take this time for yourself as an act of self-care, supporting your mental health in a simple yet profound way.

No experience needed! Whether you're new to meditation or sound healing, everyone is welcome. Come with an open mind and enjoy the mental health benefits of this soothing practice.

What you need to bring:

  • A yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on, or feel free to lay straight on the grass

  • A blanket and pillow for extra comfort (optional)

  • Or simply come as you are and enjoy the experience in whatever way feels best for you!

This is a free event thanks to SEED Community Garden's sponsorship for Mental Health Month.

This session may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, have hearing sensitivities, sound-induced epilepsy, a pacemaker or other electronic implants, or for people under the age of 12. It is advised to seek guidance from your doctor before attending. Please get in touch if you have any concerns about your limitations. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
