Outdoor Sound Bath

Join us for a beautiful Sunday afternoon of rest and restoration as the sun sets.

Through gentle guided relaxation and the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, this 60-minute sound bath is designed to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and allow the body to deeply unwind.

As the sound waves move through the body, many people experience a sense of deep relaxation, emotional release, or simply the rare opportunity to fully switch off from the busyness of daily life.

There is nothing you need to do during the session, simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sound to wash over you.

No experience is needed.

What to Bring

Please wear warm comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that will help you feel comfortable lying down

Please arrive 10 minutes early to give you time to get settled.

This session is open to everyone aged 12+ (accompanied by an adult) but may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, have hearing sensitivities, sound-induced epilepsy, or electronic implants. If in doubt, please consult your healthcare provider.
