Let’s be real, life moves fast. Between the mental to-do lists, the overthinking at 2am, and the constant feeling that you should be doing something productive, it’s easy to forget to actually check in with yourself.


That’s exactly why Soulful Sunday exists.

This is your chance to pause, breathe, and reset with a group of like-minded humans who are here to do the same. Think of it as a refresh button for your mind, body, and life.

✔ Breathwork to Clear the Mental Clutter – Some things aren’t meant to be carried forward. Through intentional breath, you’ll release what’s weighing you down and create space for what’s next.

✔ Guided Meditation to Anchor Into What’s Next – Your mind is always scanning for what’s next. We’ll give it something useful to focus on—a visualisation that helps you step into clarity and confidence.

  • Water bottle (stay hydrated!)

  • Wear comfortable clothes

  • Open mind

  • Optional - Yoga Mat & Bolsters provided - Your welcome to bring your own if you prefer


Please note, Yoga Space is located on a second floor which is accessed via stairs. There is plenty of parking along Raymond St.


While this session is designed to be safe & supportive, certain practices may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult with your medical professional before participating if you have:

⚠ Respiratory conditions (asthma, recent lung infections, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)
