Join us for a nurturing sound bath meditation at sunset onTuesday the 12th of March.

Here you are completely immersed in the healing sounds and frequencies of the instruments and the beautiful sounds of nature while being supported on the ground beneath.
What to bring
Please wear warm comfortable clothing
Yoga mat/picnic rug or something similar to lay on
Warm blanket
Pillow
Bottle of water
