The Turning Point is a guided 3 hour experience
designed to help you move through that space
Without pressure
Without overwhelm
Without needing to have it all figured out
In this session, you’ll:
– reconnect with yourself
– bring clarity to what’s feeling off
– release what’s been building in your body
– step out of your head and into your body
– find a simple, grounded way forward
The experience includes:
– a gentle guided drop-in
– a simple life check-in (to uncover what’s not working)
– reflection + connection
– breath and movement to release stress and tension
– a guided visualisation to reconnect you to where you’re heading
– integration to help you move forward with clarity
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re releasing
You don’t need a plan
You don’t need to be “good” at this
You just need a place to begin
This is for you if:
– you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or a bit flat
– you know something needs to change
– but you don’t know where to start
– you’re tired of just pushing through
– you’re craving space, clarity, and connection

No experience is needed
Everything is guided step-by-step, with plenty of options to adapt and rest when you need. You will be encouraged to listen to your body, go at your own pace, and only do what feels right for you.
This is a full body and breath experience where we’ll be combining guided self-reflection, somatic practices, and energising breathwork sequences to create noticeable shifts in your mind and body.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected with simple tools you can take into your everyday life.

A water bottle
Yoga mat
Cushion/bolster to sit on
Journal + pen (for reflection prompts)
Extra padding/blankets if you prefer more comfort

The session is held on a concrete floor. Please bring whatever you need to feel fully supported.
This session is a wellness experience designed for general wellbeing and personal development. It is not suitable for those currently experiencing acute or significant mental health challenges without appropriate professional support in place.
