Meet Tam.

Hiya!  I’m Tam, the founder and heart behind Inward Shift.

Life can feel loud, busy, and a bit too much. Between work, relationships, responsibilities, and everything in between, it’s easy to run on empty and forget what calm actually feels like.

I created Inward Shift because I’ve felt that too, and because I know there’s a different way to navigate life’s busy parts. A way that doesn’t rely on pushing harder or doing more, but on pausing, feeling, and coming back to yourself.

My mission is simple
To help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, release stress from your body and reconnect with what matters most, in ways that feel real, human, and manageable.

Whether we’re pausing together in a group session outdoors, sharing breathwork in a beautiful venue, or exploring a personalised reset, the intention stays the same -
space to breathe, clarity to move forward, and tools you can use long after the session ends.

I believe that calm doesn’t have to be complicated, and meaningful connection doesn’t require perfection, it just needs a moment of honesty, curiosity, and intention.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re holding everything together without a place to breathe… you’re in the right space.

Here, there’s no pressure to “do it right.” Just permission to be here now.

A Little About My Background

I bring together practices and tools drawn from

  • breathwork and somatic nervous system regulation

  • reflective and grounding practices

  • community-focused experiences

  • curiosity around mind–body connection

And while each session or experience may lean into different elements, they all share one thing

intentional, calm, and human-centred support.

What lights me up most is watching people move from feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or stuck to feeling grounded, calm, and clear.

That ripple doesn’t stop with one person, it flows into families, workplaces, communities, and everyday life and that’s the magic I live for.

If You’re Curious

You don’t have to decide right now, just stay here for a moment.
Take a breath. Feel what’s present. And know you’re welcome exactly as you are.

If a quiet “yes” starts to grow, I’d be honoured to share that space with you.
