Group Sessions & Experience

​These are the heart of Inward Shift.

Groups sessions are held outdoors, in booked venues, or as special one-off events. Each experience blends different elements such as breathwork, gentle body-based practices, reflection, sound baths, or creative expression, depending on the and intention of the session.

They're designed to help you

  • release mental and emotional tension

  • reconnect with yourself and others

Private & Workplace Sessions

Inward Shift is also available for private bookings and workplace wellness sessions.

These sessions are ideal for:

  • teams and staff wellbeing days

  • community groups

  • private events

  • organisations wanting a calm, grounding experience for their people

Each session is tailored to the group and setting, and may include breathwork, nervous system regulation, guided reflection, and grounding practices that feel accessible and inclusive.
