Before you dive into the whirlwind of activities, give yourself just to reset and recharge. 20 minutes
: How to Prepare
: Grab a spot on the floor where you won’t be interrupted for 20 minutes. Make sure you have some space around you, as there will be a bit of arm movement during the session. Sitting on a cushion will elevate your hips and keep you comfortable.Find Your Calm Space
: For full immersion, pop on some headphones to block out background noise and enhance your experience.Headphones Recommended
: Join from your phone, tablet, or laptop—whatever works best for you.Have a Screen Handy
: We’ll do some forceful exhales, so it’s helpful to have tissues on hand in case your nose needs clearing.Tissues Nearby
