Cancellation Policy

Note: in the text below 'I' is you. I hereby agree to engage in Breathwork & Sound Bath meditation with Inward Shift, facilitators & Staff. I Understand that Breathwork & Sound Bath meditation is a holistic wellness practice that involves conscious breathing techniques, body movements & sound immersion to promote relaxation, stress relief, & personal growth. I understand that Breathwork & Sound Baths are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. I will inform the facilitators/staff of any medical or psychological conditions I have and will seek professional medical advice if necessary. I will follow my doctor’s recommendation and will not hold Inward Shift its facilitators or staff, responsible for any injuries by my failure to follow my doctor’s recommendation. I understand that this session is not suitable for those with a history of or are currently experiencing; uncontrolled high/low blood pressure, epilepsy, recent or major surgery, previous heart procedure, metal implants, mental illness without adequate treatment and support and those who are pregnant. I agree to provide accurate information to the facilitators/staff to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the process. I understand that the facilitators/staff are not licensed therapists or medical professionals, and the sessions are not intended as therapy or medical treatment. I consent to the facilitators/staff taking videos, photos and other media content of me when providing the services or otherwise and authorise the facilitators/staff to use this material for marketing purposes or for any other purposes they deem reasonable. I have read and understood the information provided in this agreement, and I voluntarily consent to participate in the sessions with the facilitators/staff.
